At Clayton Communications we supply and install equipment from all of the major conference system manufacturers. We supply and install all types of systems no matter how large or small. For larger, more complex systems we are a qualified, recommended dealer for Bosch conferencing technologies. Our systems are designed to expand to meet your delegate numbers and conferencing requirements, and include options for remote delegate stations (via PC or telephone), language distribution (via interpreters), external source inputs, automatic camera tracking and public address or record function outputs. Our installations have included a variety of applications, including government, education, hospitality and corporate environments.

Bosch DCN Next Generation Conference Systems

The Digital Congress Network (DCN) Next Generation from Bosch is the distinctive new face of digital conference management. Whatever your conference requirements, the Bosch DCN Next Generation can meet them. By bringing aesthetic appeal, reliability, flexibility and control into the proceedings it helps you take the next step in conference system management.

It is ideal for applications ranging from discussion groups up to multi-lingual conferences with thousands. On its most straightforward level, it handles speaking and listening without an operator; at its most advanced, it becomes an integrated communication infrastructure for facilitating and managing even the most complex international conferences.

The DCN Next Generation System is designed to be extraordinarily flexible. Your system can be as small or large as required, with extras units simply plugged into existing ones in a “loop-through” configuration. The system can accommodate up to 4000 microphone positions when more Central Control Units (CCU’s) are stacked. There is also an extremely high level of compatibility with external systems.

 The Ahuja CM-4000

The Ahuja CM-4000 Conference System is a price-competitive option that is ideal for use in a variety of applications from boardrooms to large conference halls and even convention centres. This is a functional, well made system that includes all the features required in a modest conference set-up. The delegate numbers are easily expandable to meet any increase in your system requirements.

The Pro-Sys Forumate

The Pro-Sys Forumate Conferencing System is a flexible, inexpensive system with built-in loudspeakers for small to medium size venues. The system is very straightforward to set up and operate and can be expanded to include Pro-Sys voting, intepretation, automatic camera tracking and microphone management technologies where they are required.

Infrared Language Distribution System

The Bosch Integrus system is a digital infra-red language distribution system which allows for the simultaneous interpretation of several languages.  As the system is wireless, all conference delegates can enjoy complete freedom of movement while listening to the language of their choice. Bosch’s IR-Digital technology ensures no interference from lighting, and as infra-red is not transmitted through walls or ceilings it guarantees conference privacy. Each delegate receives a digital receiver which fits easily into a shirt or jacket pocket. The receiver allows for easy channel selection so that delegates may listen to the interpretation of their choice using comfortable stereo headphones or lightweight ear hangers.

The Integrus fits seamlessly in the chain which starts with congress systems and continues through interpreters. The system is complemented by other Bosch product families which support discussion, presentations, decision-making and information distribution. The DCN (Digital Congress Network) is ideal for situations ranging from small-scale meetings right up to major international congresses with thousands of delegates. DCN discussion equipment offers the same high quality but is optimised for small-scale gatherings and discussions.
